On April 14, 2020, James A. Blome, the Chief Executive Officer of Calyxt, Inc. (the “Company”), gave an interview on the podcast entitled Farm Talk with Mick Kjar. During the podcast interview, Mr. Blome stated that the Company has sold out of its supply of Calyxt high oleic soybean seed for the 2020 growing season.
